90 Mins ago it was passed that these annoying pricks can no longer solicit on the side of the road and at intersections, to include the nation of islam who passes out flyers.

that's becoming a popular trend here lately. it passed through up here end of summer last year. said it was to dangerous for people to be standing in medians and on the side of the road while traffic was going.

I saw a "homeless" guy walk across the street and get into a nice car at the Rosemont exit the other day, so you guys idea probably wouldve worked.
