Hampton Roads Car shows?

Hey, Does anyone know of any good shows comming up in the area? I know of the Poquoson Auto show comming up here at the end of April. Does anyone know of anymore that are comming up? I am tring to get out into the show scene and get the car shown to the public. Thanks.

Not really a show, cause there really isn't much of a show "scene" in Hampton Roads, but check out Jenros Every Saturday evening, starting around 4. It's in the Haygood Shopping center complex North of 264 on Independence. It's basically a hangout for mostly street rods and the like, but there are plenty of newer "muscle" cars that show up too.

There are a few small shows from time to time, you have to keep your ears open though or you will miss them for sure.

has n-e one actually thought about throwing one together.
there are enough people on here from the area to put a little something together. if the word was passed i think many of the customs i see in the area would show.
without a "show" scene i'm sure some local car audio or custom shops would be more than happy to sponsor a little gtg. it don't have to be a nopi or pigeon forge.

There is actually a lot involved in putting a good show together, advertising, paying for a space to have it etc all costs a good bit of money also. I'm not saying it cant be done, im just saying its a big undertaking.

for the "club" guys.....
fundraisers are good to raise needed money. i participated in many San Antonio shows that were put together by club fundraisers with a little car audio support.


i'm just bringing up some ideas for those of us whose wallets do not runneth over. i ain't got connections to make anything happen.

my name is kory and i work for the city of hampton. i will be having a car show on JUNE 5TH from 12-5 at buckroe beach in Hampton. there will be 15 categories

prices are $10 registration and $10 dollars for the BASS OFF. $25 for an vendor spots for any shops you may know of wanting to participate
