well i got my another project. it is a 1948 dodge sedan, has the factory suicide doors and a flathead straight 6 motor. heres some pics

Looks perfect to me! Needs some clean new tires, get that bitch running, patch up any safety issues, and roll her how she is for awhile!

thats the plan. its really not that bad. i found some 4" whites walls im going to toss on it for now.

If you ever need to buy classic tires, forget coker. Check out "universal vintage tire" they're the sh!t...

got it to the shop today. took some pics but the dark came quick and ran out of daylight. im going to wash it and get some more pics tomorrow.

cool find man. i was just looking on craigslist and theres a guy selling two '53 Dodge pickups for $4k. One is road ready and the other is for parts. I really wish had the money and room for them. Hell of a deal. my next project is definitely going to be an older car or truck.

easy off oven cleaner should remove the red, just be carefull not to leave it on too long or it'll eat under layers...
