Draggin in central va

how are the laws bout draggin in central va? will thye let me off with a fine or impound my car? here in germany they are strict as hell but i have not been to the states for 8 months. so give me some info guys and gals

i think a lot of it depends on the cop. some will impound the car and some will just give you the tickets. ive heard the hericho cops are a pain so watch yourself up there.
