I got me some sunfire seats for the nomawoot and now I can't get the seat belt bolt out on the passenger side? i broke 4 T50 bits with no luck. I’m trying to drill it now but the bits can't seem to cut all the way through, i used a cobalt sears bit the first time and i was able to drill a small hole half way through but the bigger 5/16 is not cutting at all. I crawled under the truck and cut some off with a cutting wheel but its still holding tight :hammerhead:
I bought a titanium bit today and some special oil to see if that works!!! Anyone have any other ideas..just in case? Hopefully the seats will easier to put in

Alright just in case some didn't know, i blew a bag monday in the truck coming back form VaBeach, Hit a monster pot hole, or something during rush hour traffic. It was the passenger front bag and i was able to air out the driver side rear bag and air up all the others. It seem to help but i ended having to drive back airing up the front ever 2 seconds until i got home. Went ahead and ordered 2 Slams (7inch) been wanting to fix a leak i had around the fitting anyway...just sucks they don't have fix a flat for bags:grinning: I often wonder with 3 good bags you couldn't put an airshock on and make it home. It would only take me a few minutes to get to my shock where its mounted

i just put cavi seats in mine. those torx botls would not budge so i cut the head off just so i could get the seat out. used the other 3 seat bolts to hold it in. after all that i found that hole to be the best for the seat belts to bolt in. so now i gotta drill it out. for now they are in with self tapping screws to the seat tracks. whats the best bit to drill that out with?

whenever you drill through steel, you want to do it at a low speed. aluminum = high speed.

I still don’t have my bags in yet, apparently everything i order from Suicidedoors has to have at least one item on back order. They even back ordered my loctite 545, i hope its worth the wait to use it.. Anyone else use it?

well i have done some more stuff to the truck in the last few months, I went ahead and sold out and bought some low profile tires last December so i could put another fan box in to have some heat and defrost. The nice thing was with the fenders cut out i didn't need to take the fender off to do the job, hopefully the next time i do it i will have a custom fan boxWhistling After i did that i noticed that i couldn't switch between floor, vent, defrost etc and after doing some research i traced it back to a vacuum line that was disconnected when the fender was cut and the vacuum ball was removed. The A/C had almost no R134 so i recharged it and everything was working until this weekend. Sunday night i had no heat again and after Bill and I started checking the hoses we noticed that the right hose coming out of the heater core was not hot and the temp of the truck was normal. I did a reverse flush and disconnected the hoses from the block, water pump, heater core and ran water through them all until they were clear. I noticed some junk in the heater core line and after connecting everything up I filled it up with 50/50 Anti Freeze then started the truck, let it run then topped it off and everything was working again. Ok, now the question is that ever since i got the truck back i can not keep the radiator full, at first i though it was the fact that the over flow was removed but i put another one in a few months ago. I tried to flush it when i got it back but with out the fan box i really couldn't do it right until now. This time i did it right and now its still doing the same thing. One thing i noticed is it only took 3/4 of a gallon of Anti freeze to fill it after the flush when its supposed to take one plus according to AutoZone. There are no leaks on the ground and the oil is good so im wondering if this problem is air in the system or possible head gasket?:what:
Big Werm

How's your heater core? Very well could be head gasket. Sure you don't want to hear that though.

damn, sorry about slacking off on posting but im close to buying a house and my work is killing me but here the specs:
Morex 3688 Blue Case with 60W power supply
Intel G201GLY2 with 1.2ghz Celeron 220 (Conroe Based)
Slim-line Samsung DVD-CDRW Burner
2.5" 80gb Western Digital SATA 150 Hard Drive
CPU Heatsink Fan from VIA board to fit into super slim case.
4 USB Portsits a older case but i think it will work for what i need. I should be able to buy a module to convert it to 12v but im not going to do it because i already have the converter and ac plug for it, i might do it later since the module should let me hook up a remote turn on but right now im poor as hell
