View Full Version : uh oh, i gotsa truck.

That's right.

My father-in-law is about to move to Alaska with his job and he had a '68 C-10 that he had bought to tinker with as a little project. Well, he doesn't want to take it with him up there so he gave it to me to finish.

It's almost "road worthy" and only needs a few things finished. The engine had been completely rebuilt and a new tranny still needs to be put in. Then after that, just a few more small simple things need to be done.

No pics as of quite yet, however; I'll make sure to get some up ASAP so you guys and see what shape she's in now.

Being a manager now at the store and working 50+ hours a week doesn't give me much free time as I used to have, so just bare with me here. ;)

I really like the c10's ...We have an old 70 c10 2wd drive but its got alot of rust.

Thats awesome, I have seen a shorter version of it dragging. One day the big black bus will lay out, nothing like dragging with 56 people on board.
