hey when i go to log into the chat it says "You've been banned".

try it now. only saw one difference between you and him other than him being a mod, so i changed it to see if that "might" do something.

i think i know what it "might" be. your "Display Reputation" is checked as "no" like mine is when i look up the other username i had while things were going south here "virginia". i logged in as that and got the same result. that's my only guess so far. i can't make the change stick though. so it might take a admin to jump in.

and your Display Reputation is also checked as "No". so it might be it. i can't make the changes stick though to test it.

earlier today i got into chat with no problem, now mine says the same, but i still was able to enter my info in the fields and login. did you guys try it even though it says that?

yea i've tried numerous times after the first time it said i was banned and it still kept saying i'm banned

Not sure exactly what's going on with it. I just changed both of your user reps, so try and see now. If it's still not then I'm not sure just yet. In the chat admin panel, it lists no one as being banned or ignored or anything, but it also won't let me do but so much. I think Billy may have the only access to the main setup, which is where the problem has to be. I'll direct his attention to that as soon as I get a hold of him :)

Everyone's login should work but its running a little slow on our server...going to take a look at it and see if i can speed it up....

is there a way to show how many people are in chat and what section on main index?

On the forum main index? That I'm not sure, but I know if you login to the chat you can see who is in all the rooms and such. Have to ask Billy about the forum side tho, a lot of the mods and stuff he has major access to a lot and we may have little or none... I try to answer what I can, but sometimes I have to keep pointing at him...lol

Well i added a link bar at the top/right called Links Menu and the first link will show you who is in the chat room!
Nothing fancy but it will show you the information until i come up with a better one!!

Ok... Thanks to repairman :box2: i was able to find a script that was written to put the information near the bottom of the forum......

Yea... Chats are funny on forums.... even though its not used alot ... i wanted to have incase some did want to use it... I hope some will start using it here and there but its one of those things were if no one is in there, then no one else goes in, so i guess everyone is waiting for everyone else to log in before they do :)


If anything I hope members will use it to negotiate deals on stuff there trying to buy or talk about some of the features on here like the arcade…….. The only thing you can do is log in and do something else on the board and see if someone else does the same!!!
