Open paint
Open picture to be resized
Click on Image tab at top of window
Click on Stretch/skew
In the Stretch portion of the window, enter a % value, Click OK
Save picture
All done!

whats up with this post? i don't like paint to resize pics b/c you can only do a percentage instead of resizing to an actual resolution.

I am not encouraging people to use Paint, its just that some people have nothing but paint for photo editing. I have seen some pretty gigantic pictures posted recently so I am just giving people a free option for resizing, since photochop is expensive.

I have all kinds of photo editing software, but Ive always wondered how to resize using paint... Thanks. lol
