after months of having no interest in doing anything to the focus, i've decided to at least lower it.

i've been looking at the eibach pro-kit and the h&r cup kit. i'll probably go with eibach, since it's a little cheaper and this is only for looks really. it's a 1.5in. drop.

i was thinking of just buying springs with one paycheck, then saving up a bit more and then buying dampers but when i get my tax money back i'm sure i'll have more than enough to just get it at once.

any advice or suggestions? how hard would the install be, or should i have someone with experience do it.

as far as the install, def have someone who has done it before there. i wouldnt attempt it by yourself at all. I know theres quite a few prople down their that knwo what thier doing and im sure would lend a hand

i dont know about focus's but when i lowered my first civic it was the first time id even looked anything in there. you can rent a spring compressor from autozone for like 50 bucks or somthing and thne when you bring it back they refund it back to you, althouhg im sure someone down there has nessacary tools.

i say give it a shot man, its always fun getting your hands dirty. if you dont feel completly comfortable have someone help you out.

ever thought of coilovers for your Focus? Ground Control makes an awesome coilover kit. i had GC coilovers on my 97 Civic EX and it rode good. plus you can adjust the height on your car. http://www.ground-control.com is their website.
