Anyone here work in a shop with Clifford Alarms???

While back had a jacket stolen from the club, got the jacket back but my keys were gone. Since then I have decided I want to replace my main remote to my alarm. It is an older Clifford Solaris 5 button 16 channel remote. Been working with the shop that installed it and it was only $$$60'ish which wasn't bad at all but after 2 months of having my money I still have no remote. Can anyone here help me out with this, so I can just get a refund from them and get this done. Thanks in advance.

have you tried contacting the actually company or another Clifford dealer?

the problem i see is that it is an older model and it might take longer than usual to get a remote.

looks like a good time to upgrade.
