My friend in Richmond has a car with shaved door handles and no one he knows will pass it. technically he says the law says as long as the door can be opened from the outside but he doesnt think its worth arguing..he needs one to get his car registered here from NC. Thats the only thing that will not pass inspection. if anyoen can hook me up or know where he can go PM me please
