can anyone resize a .gif

i use a program called Jasc Animation Shop (http://www.jasc.com/products/animationshop/?). costs money, but worth it to me.

you can do the same with adobe image ready i thought so, i tried to learn that, but i quit...haha couldnt get anything to work on it.

sorry to thread jack, but its pretty much done now. is there a way you can take a video and put it in image ready to make a gif? or do you have to use pictures?
