Who was this that I saw yesterday?

I know it's someone from here because I remember seeing the truck on their homepage or something. It's a lowered maroon ford ranger. I think the front bumper was black?.. I just remember seeing the truck from someone's homepage on here. It was at 5:10pm on 360. Just past the new Kroger. I was in the right lane and I looked in the side mirror and seen the truck and thought to myself "damn, thats someone from va customs" I was gonng get your attention so you could pull over and I was gonna tell you who I was, but I was in rush and had to turn off right as you passed by me.
