Adding a poll?

Just thought about the fact that I have a thread that was perfect for a poll, is there a way to add a poll to it after it has been created without one?

yeah just go back and edit your post it will be in the options under your subject

I had tried that originally but that didn't work...found out that drop down Thread Tools at the beginning of the thread lets me add though....thanks dose
