I have done a number of head unit, amp and speaker installs, how difficult is installing 2 flipdown lcds. I know how to run the wiring and all but the actual mounting is my main concern.

where will you be mounting them? Which screens are they(link)? What vehicle?

i will be putting them in a 2001 blazer one above each front seat (roughly) I am not sure the brand as i am awaiting tax return to get them

you mean in the headrests correct? The install is fairly straightforward, but it varies with each brand tv in terms of what size to make the hole and how to mount it, etc.

i'll see if i can dig up an online tutorial i saw a while back

no they are flip downs. They will go on the headliner above the front seats.
