I've been having some problems with my neon lately and to pretty much sum it up, i have a piston knocking.
Now, I need some help and I figured maybe you guys could help me since I can't get anyone on the neon forum (neons.org) to help me. Bastards.....
Anyway, I ended up buying some JE 10:5:1 compression pistons and now I need to know what else I need to do and/or know to be running this car safely.
I already know that I'll be needing to run 93 octane gas, and I'm probably going to need a new cam but what kind I'm not quite sure of yet. I think all this is going to entail getting a new fuel system and all that other junk, but of that I'm not sure either. This is why I need any help I can get. Anybody here know anything about small engines? Anything about what I'll need to do about these pistons? Hell, does anybody here know where I can get my PCM flashed?
