Here is a good resource to get an idea of the fiberglass process.

Im not sure if you are familiar with enclosure volume and how important it is in getting the best performance out of your speaker, but here a resource to give you an idea of how it works in case.

Its really not too bad, make a mold and glass over it and work from there. Need any help, let me know, The box in the back of the Camaro is fiberglass. It fills the whole rear well of the car and has 2 12s in it...Phil helped me on making it (Mixing batches of resin and helping me lay down the first layer)...Im glad I went with a glass box, its a better use of space, weighs less, and in my opinon was easier to make.Only downside was it cost over $100 to make it.

I read through that entire site there and wow I wouldn't have thought that a few layers and you could stand on the thing once it's dried, that's just nuts. makes me want to get started on a fiber glass box for the rear of my cab.
