amp install help

how would I connect an amp to the factory headunit in my car? the factory headunit dosent have any rca inputs so I'm kinda lost here. I'm sure it can be done, I just don't know how to do it. its a 99 VW Passat, incase that matters. any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Go to a stereo shop and get "line level convertors"

ya, goho was telling me about LOC's (line output convertors) which are the same thing, just takes your stock speaker wires and turns then into rca's or something, right?

Yes LOC is Line output converter, which is the same shizzle

depending on the amp you could just use the high level inputs, much cheaper
