Steering Wheel Lock

OK, dont ask why i wanna know but its not for anything bad. How can i disable the steering wheel lock on my 95 civic. I wanna have full turning ability without the key in. Anyone have any ideas???

Pull the column apart and take it out

Yea, get a Haynes or Chiltons and see what actually locks the steering column and then remove that part.
