re-sizing pics

how do you do it? keep in mind that i dont have any fancy photo-editing programs most of my pics are just barely over the limit

jack, i reccomend getting this FREE image editor. it works really good for a free version. i use it a lot when i'm in a hurry to do just what you want and don't feel like waiting for PS to load. it will ask you to make this your default editor, just go ahead and say yes. once you open a pic in this, go to, image>resize. it will give some popular default choices or you can type in what you want. again it's free!!!
