here is a shot of my newest toy for all my accessory lighting that I will finish as soon as I get use of my hand back, kinda hard to do installs one handed.
It's not the best of pics (used my webcam, digital cam bit the big one), but it's 4 preasure switches (on the right) and the controle box (on the left) I had been looking for a set of switches that would be low profile so I can mount them behind my sun visor or something along those lines. I contacted a company about getting extension wire to make it to were I can mount the switches the way I want, should hear back soon.
what do you all think?

when we hear pressure switches...we think...air suspension...lol...ummm...lemme think...
so those are the switches, to wire to the relay...and off the relay is the accessories...right?...its easy to extend the wire...hell, you can just go to walmart/lowes/radio shack and get the same gauge wire...
but i have never seen switches like that...good luck

yeah that grey pad is only about an 1/16 of a inch thick the wire i have to get is the ribbon wire you see attached to the bottom of it. it has a special connection and the ribbon wire (containing 5 conductors) is very thin and fragil, if i were to try to strip it and splice in wires i would risk having to go buy another one. so i had to find an electronics company to get the special wiring that is needed.

the "strip" is what I need. the power wires for it are not a problem. I alreadt know were to connect to. it's just a matter of getting the wire that I need to extend the touch pad so i can be completely different then anyone else that may have something like this.

I looked at stuff like that, but there just not thin enough. You can't beat a 1/16 of a inch pad that all you have to do is barely touch and you can operate your devices on and off as you like.
I will probably get another set of these when I can finish the robotics that are going to be in my truck. I'm a bit of a geek when it comes to electronics, Wish I had pics of my friends car. we put in a load of toys in his car. he had the cash to do it so we did, I'm still working on mine, cash isn't easy when it comes to the weekends and beer gets involved, more so mixed drinks.
